No, we don't. If you're talking about the Kaaba, that's basically a Masjid🤡. If you're talking about Al-hajar Al-aswad, we kiss it simply because the prophet did so (like any other divine command). We neither take blessing from it, nor do we believe it benefits or harms.

Virtually every year 100's of people die and are injured during the annual hajj pilgrimage , usually its by stampedes ( yes like wild animals ) thats the level of intelligence the people have who worship there
