- The view you get when staying at The House on the Ridge is one of the most incredible in whole of Kenya!
other than the view, this little oasis of a house is ideal to escape the hustle and bustle of Nairobi without actually going that far. This Airbnb is located in Ngong about 1 hour outside of Kenya's capital, Nairobi.
The House itself can host up to 6 people but is really ideal for a couple getaway. But if you are a group of 6, this truly becomes an affordable stay! This mountain cottage is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook, live and have a good time.
The pool is a very nice add on but the sundowner deck with a fireplace is the truly highlight.
Overall, an amazing weekend getaway. Now it is your turn to escape at The House on the Ridge.

That camera work after David said see you in the morning the drone flew over the night sky and faded out to the next morning to Tracy opening the door was so cool! I was amazed coz it was like watching a Netflix series wow! epic! loved it.

On the butterflies, every now and then especially between Nov and Feb during Kenya's dry season the African White Caper butterfly migrate for breeding and hibernation just before the onset of long rainy season.
It's such a sight to behold especially in open fields. 🦋
