Nice, as a local of Dumaguete, freediver and follower of Jackson, thank you for featuring Bacong pier. That spot is starting to get famous as freediving community is growing and social media. Some says cement inhibits coral growth that it gives coral disease but that place is different. Its just thriving as its not busy pier like that of Dauin pier youve 1st visited. I went to Dauin this year and the snorkeling was amazing. 10 turtles in one session and 100 meters of coral. Goes to "the turtle diving center". The owners are awesome and the dorms are amazing. It is in front on a marine Sanctuary 🙌
