There's a stark contrast in how airport ground staffs treat passengers too, especially for the disabled and the needy. In the UK and the US, the ground staffs made it a point to provide a priority pass for me as a disabled passenger after I mentioned my disability to them. After coming back to India (Mumbai), I had informed the ground staff at the boarding gate and they never bothered even after acknowledging. Alas, the reality dawned on me, it's India. 🥲
