It actually hasn’t fogged up once for me, there’s a little space open under my nose when I’m wearing the headset that probably is giving me enough air flow
Yes there a switch on the inside of the lens that extends the face mask forward or closer to your eyes to help with people with glasses. I’ve also seen 3rd party accessories that have magnetic prescription lens attachments that just clip onto the existing lens on the quest.
I found my glasses would dig into my nose during extended sessions - quite painful. A set of aftermarket prescription lenses sorted that right out though.
Getting the quest 3 for Christmas we found the 512gb with batman for $350 at target on a flash sale so got the best possible deal was about to use a referall for it with $60 quest cash but the $150 savings makes so much more sense
