Thank you. For years now I’ve struggled with bloating and pain after most meals. Doctors could never tell what it was, they’d say it’s stress or it’s my vegan diet. I thought I just had to live with this issue because I would never change my vegan lifestyle.
And then I found you... and after two weeks of following your recipes and advice, my bloating is gone and I’m a self diagnosed IBS sufferer. I can’t believe it. I owe you my self esteem, seriously. Thank you for this channel, I’m sure you’re helping so many people.
    Lots os love.

The Monash University LOWFOD MAPS App was a life saver. For USA IBS individuals, buy the app it will change your life. Also I found buying a bulllet blender (never a juicer you need the fiber!) and freezing my dark left greens is the easiest was to get in my vitamins. Bullet Blender Green Shake: 16 oz water, 2cups of frozen mixed dark left greens (swiss card kale collard greens and spinach), 1/2 to 1 frozen banana, 1 cup blueberries, lees than 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds (you don’t want to taste the seeds just the sweetness of the banana, sometimes I sprinkle

I am week 4 of low fructose, but went on vacation, etc. so I need to restart. I am not vegan, but I still love the inspiration of your channel. Thanks for being a support to those of us fixing our guts!

King's College also does a FODMAP app that allows you to scan the barcodes of UK products and it will tell you if they are low FODMAP or not. You get a couple of false positives and the app can be a bit wobbly but I have found it very helpful when shopping.

This is great information. However, there are parts I couldn’t hear. How wonderful it would be if your videos were [CC]!

Thank you so much Carrie for another wonderful video! Also, just to let you know, I found the background music to be a bit loud? Not sure if that’s just me? Anyways thank you and have a good week 🌻☺️

Thanks for another great video. Does anyone know if you can have the same food for more meals? Example: 1/4 cup chickpeas is low fodmap, but can I have that amount for both lunch and dinner? Or is that stacking?

    Hi!
can you please explain how to use the Monash uni fodmap diet app? I searched about it on youtube but the information is not very clear...
I know that I should eat two portion controlled kinds of food for each meal but I see everything is portion controlled so how come I eat only two types of food?

The important thing is the read the info about the foods. If it says only traces or no FODMAP were detected, have as much as you want, but if its a really tight portion you nead to only have a few per meal x

Just wondering if anyone has got a dietitian on the NHS. I want to start the diet but I’m struggling with the knowledge plus I know I should do it with a dietitian, but when I asked my GP she essentially said I had to go it alone. Anyone know more about the NHS process?

I have been to see a dietician through the NHS ... but im not sure quite how I got there as it took months before getting anywhere with the diagnosis in the first place... it took a fair few months of waiting but I had my first appointment and it IS worth while... Although I found the help and advice on this channel incredibly helpful whilst I was waiting! X

And I thought I should add, I went to see a specialist in hospital to check it was IBS and nothing more sinister and they were VERY clear the lowfodmap elimination is only meant for a short period and that it's very important your healthy and getting everything you need and that a dietician will be the only place you get the FULL list of what you can can't have (via NHS not including the App Carrie mentions) and they run through what and how to add things back into your diet.. so I would push to be put on the list! ...I hope this helps xx
