- Proper Ital breakfast today with Rasta Devon! Today we are making an awesome vegan/vegetarian breakfast that may not be a Jamaican classic anymore, but it could be making a comeback after this video 😎🇯🇲
Bulgur is a cereal food made from the cracked parboiled groats (whole grains) of several different wheat species, most often from durum wheat.
When you try it definitely use some homemade coconut milk, you will not be disappointed!

Wow those views my my st Thomas is beautiful. I made some vulgar porridge the other day best to soak overnight or two nights ,I added seamless gel to mine,peanut,oats,flax seed and chia seemed it was amazing will definitely try making this as a rice next time.

We used to get bulga (that how we pronounced it LOL)with curry chicken for lunch in primary school (Leeds all age) LOL! people used to look down on it, called it poor man food, but turns out its actually pretty nutritious! little did we know!

Rasta,it wasn’t cornmeal from Cuba,it was soybean flower,we used it to make porridge too, it’s awesome!

Clearly this is global warming! When I was a child, the mornings in Jamaica were never scorching hot especially in the rural areas. In the northeast U.S, 30 years ago the temperature was never so warm in November- this weather is unbelievable!
