It has a servo saver on the servo, so the servo does reset to a neutral position, but the saver allows play to prevent damage to the servo. On the run itself, it didn't cause any issues, so I may leave this as it is for now.
HPI/Maverick is killing it at the moment, good to see them coming out with new stuff. I have the original Quantum Flux MT & the Quantum Plus, recently got the brand new Quantum2 MT Flux. What a truck this is, really good to drive with durability you wouln't believe. Might just have to add the Phantom as well, for brushless conversion of coarse. I had been looking at the Phantom since it was first announced.
Hpi is definitely on the right side of the fence on the maverick range for sure. Once again, the value for money is unreal. Running video on its way on multiple terrains and a gps run!
Absolutely love hpi maverick.. actually built a few myself from scratch.. these quantum’s are phenomenal for the money.. I won’t buy traxxas as there so problematic. Seems like the parts are made of chocolate lol especially for the price u pay.. I’ve still got the first maverick mt and xt.. plenty of tc dc evos.. quantum brushed and brushless.. tbh I’m a big maverick fanboy 😊
