Edit: I did it and then got a random jade-winged spear from the fate that I got from ascending her, at only around 10 pity. So it was 100% worth it!

Back in the early Genshin days, they didn't have the geoculus stone to help us find the geoculi. So we literally had to search for it by ourselves. That was hell.
