    I actually laughed at the grumpy person who tried to leave a negative comment about the background noise and ended up asking who ate them!! I for one really appreciate your videos!!💕💕💕

    Beautiful prints! I’ve been trying to copy a batik botanical but I was trying to mix the color in one pull. This was very helpful!

    Wonderful video, thank you so much! What are you using to rub the deli paper with?

    Interesting, but the flowered acrylic gelli press mount is very confusing. I have no idea how you work using it!

    Just loved your botanicals as well as your teaching style....I learnt a lot so am hoping you might be back, I am trying to make muted and neutrals for my new mixed media classes and backgrounds.....no brights. Am a beginner and struggle somewhat. Thanks so much. xox

    • @wendysinclairsart
      @wendysinclairsart  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you. With your muted & neutrals, try & work with a limited palette to start with. You’d be surprised how many colours/tints you can mix with 3-4 colours plus white/black 😊

      Loved watching your process. I do, however, find the design on your tabletop a bit distracting. Can u put a white paper over it?
      Thanks.

    Wendy, I love your work, can you advise where to buy the deli paper from, I’m struggling to find a stockist. You sound Aussie, like I am. I love experimenting with my gelli plate.

      Thank you Maureen. You can get 12” x 12” sheets from hello@mixedmediastore.com.au
      I got my boxes of deli paper from USA but can’t remember where.

    Thank you for your informative videos. Can you use watercolor paper to lift the paint off the gel mat?

      I haven’t tried but can’t see why it wouldn’t work. Let me know if you do try it 😊

    I would love to know the process that you used for the blue and green fern print that you made before you started filming. It’s my favorite! I’ve been trying to get something like that for days! One thing that I just realized is that the acrylic paint that I have been using is too thick for ferns. I need to get some Golden or Atelier maybe. Lovely outcomes! Thank you!!

    • @wendysinclairsart
      @wendysinclairsart  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks Donna. Unfortunately I can’t remember what I did but your paint should be ok if you just apply a thin layer.

    Wondering what tool your using to go over the paper in the video.

    I would love to do this. Looks like fun. Are you using the same roller to apply each color? Do you rinse the roller between each color?

    • @wendysinclairsart
      @wendysinclairsart  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, I only use 1 roller. I roll it on paper to get rid of any excess paint. Seems to work fine. Have fun 😀

    What do you do with your prints?

    • @wendysinclairsart
      @wendysinclairsart  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I either add as collage to mixed media on canvas, or apply to wooden cradle, apply varnish and hang

    Beautiful prints! Do you have a video that shows how you create the collage on the canvas with the deli paper?

    • @wendysinclairsart
      @wendysinclairsart  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you Kathleen. If you go to our short called “Adding collage to an abstract artwork” you can see the process. I use Gloss or Matte Medium to glue on and cover the top also. If you have any questions, let me know.

      Hi, welcome. Glad you enjoyed our video. I think the tool you mean is a baron. Here’s a link to look at one type. Just google baron for gel printing 😊🎨
