Hey man. I just watched your video on hypertrophy phase and this video. Would you be making the same video for a peaking block and how to taper for a PR?
Chad could we get an update to the app where we can prioritize either a lower body muscle OR an upper body muscle? Or maybe we can pick two upper body or two lower body muscles instead of one upper and one lower?
I've only recently started strength training and I was wondering what is done with accessory exercises in a strength block. Are they continued at lower volume or are they dropped as the block's purpose is strength and not building muscle?
Accessories will increase slightly in intensity with a small drop in volume from Hypertrophy. If you're a beginner lifter, accessories should be present in all phases of your training.
