A clean and detailed model of the car, impressive!
I just received box 16 with the body. The model is really fun to build. 1 part fell out of the engine bay unfortunatly and i didnt want to remove all the wires,wheels etc.
Also the customer service of IXO is really good!. I managed to break a part and the even send it to me without any costs.

Looks amazing. Although prefer the factory wheels. They were classic wheels that also showed it was the 1.9L.

A clean and detailed model of the car, impressive! One question though, why did the manufacturer decide to go with Phillips screws? At this scale, hex screws provide even more realism.
I wouldn’t know. I wish they did use hex nuts etc

One up-grade to enhance realism would be to dull the shiny plastic or vinyl that the tyres are made from. The model looks very realistic and nicely detailed, the shiny plastic tyres are the only bug that let it down. You could try dulling them with fine grey scotch brite for the side wall and 1000 grit on the tread, you may have a better solution.

205 gti nice stock i know this big diecast kit looks great iv the Heller rally version i could not get old Tamiya version but i might just build it an try changing seats Dash and other parts interrior that ar in 1 mold or cast might go street stylevinstead the rally livery its in u know anyway awsome job

Well i got all packages now, wanted to start on kit 73 it seems that the bonnet delivered in the first package has alot of paint error/damage. Even though i stored it dust and scratch free. Looks like paint error

These 1/8 models are pretty expensive will easily knock you back a couple grand
between 1 and 1,3k depending on how you order it.
That thing looks real. I mean, they all do. But, this one looks like Barbie could get in it and drive it away.
