Hi, I would like to do my own lyrics videos of my favorite songs by band called While She Sleeps. May I ask you what kind of software are you using to do these?
I'm more than happy to share the work process. First I'll rip the CD's with any software that has the function. For example I ripped these songs using Windows Media Player. With the lyrics, I first write them into Microsoft Word (I have the Microsoft Office pack thanks to my work) for spell checker and then I copy and save the lyrics to a Notepad where I copy them to the actual video. The background is made using Photoshop (but free softwares like Gimp works just as fine) and for the actual video I use Adobe Premiere Pro CC. It's expensive to use for only these kind of videos (yes I pay for it and use it for many other projects as well) so I would recommend to look for some cheaper video editor. There are tons of those around, some might actually even be free. I just have always used Premiere, even before I started making these videos so I have kind of "grown into it."

Well I do read all of the comments and I do like to ....."help" others out. I also don't mind other people using the same kind of layout or design in their videos. I can't even be sure that I am the ~first one~ to use this kind of "style." So if you like it, feel free to copy the style and ask if there's something bothering you or make your own style completely.
