For anyone into the science the reason the bans leaves work well is because they are rich in potassium phosphate which is a cell salt (mineral ) that feeds the nervous system . In translation, potassium phosphate feeds the nervous system

Hi to the rastafarian herbalist team, I love n appreciate your channel, but I can also.mention the guineps leaf 🌿 fir the nerves, nine leaf n you gud to go
I'm familiar with all those herbs from childhood. Strange enough there are so many varieties in Jamaica that people call bush or weed that if they are really aware, can or could have been their own life saviour in surprise. For example, the shoeblack plant (Hibiscus) has been used as hedges for so many homes especially in the rural parts but was never thought of, as a normal herb by many. I'm so happy now to see the enlightened of ones in your video sharing those same products oftentimes taken for granted or at worst being downplayed by the state as legal for some in the minority but illegal for many in the majority. Another herb that is overlooked but probably now being used regularly is the coral vine plant which I come to learn recently, is called rice bush by those who are aware and make use of it in Jamaica. That vine creeping plant, which is probably underrated, grows so wildly in many areas especially on both northern and southern plains to the foot of the hilly sides on the island. That plant too, incredibly has so many health benefits apart from the culinary uses it possesses that most often mistaken for weed not knowing its power. As always, your videos are well appreciated for the enlightenments shared. Blessings🙏🏿.
