Be careful of making these things an idol. The bible is completed. Lord Jesus made sure it was passed down the centuries. If you say otherwise then you are questioning Lord Jesus. Lord Jesus will bring back the real israelites to Israel. The frauds that are there now that fail the genesis 49 prophecy will be treated with according to Ezekiel 33 prophecy. Fascinating! How did they track down the man in Montana who had this fragment in family possession since1965!? Why now? Were the Israel Antiquities Authorities notified that he had it? I've been subscribed for a while. To see ancient finds of this magnitude in the USA is amazing. It just goes to show how some people visit Israel and buy things without realizing that what they have purchased, may be the very clue that is needed to find where some ancient king of Israel is buried, or some object that was part of the First Temple. We may never know until Hashem reveals it to us. May Hashem bless you and your ministry.

I am concerned that this papyrus was only one of many which were irresponsibly plundered by the man mentioned in the video. Has that man ever been brought to justice? He is a threat to our historical legacy.
All of the Scrolls and fragments thereof from the Judean Desert (along with the LXX, the SP and the writings of Josephus), are among the most important discoveries ever made. They predate the much later corrupted Masoretic Text from which unfortunately all of our modern Bible translations were taken.

This proves the level of everyday writing and contradicts biblical scholars who hold the opinion of late writing and gives context to the dialect of the 7th century BC

There is speculation that William Sinclair, a knights templar came to America. We know that they were in Jerusalem during the crusades,.there is an archeologist, Scott Walter, who had a show called America unearthed. Listen it Loud! I noticed your comment here and just wanted to share something important with you from Jesus. If you go back to the ancient days to the garden of Eden, Jesus spoke with Adam and Eve and everything was perfect, however, when satan spoke to them, Adam and Eve gave their attention to satan instead of Jesus. They believed the lie of satan, that they would be like God if they ate the fruit of the knowledge of good and evil. They wanted to be like God though and so they accepted what satan told them. Mankind after this started worshiping idols and giving themselves to religious practices of the world. Jesus hates that men do this, it’s what Adam and Eve did, they stopped following Jesus alone and they let someone else in, that was satan. The truth is satan is connected to all of mankinds religions including Hinduism. As a minister of Jesus Christ, I have seen people delivered from demonic possession that were involved in Hinduism and it’s not surprising because when people open themselves up to the worlds religions, they open their hearts to satan. That’s why God told Israel, I Am God alone and there is no other God. And God told Israel as God is telling the whole world, come out of your idol worshiping religions and follow Me alone. God hates mankinds religions, if you want to follow Jesus, you have to give up Hinduism, it is against Jesus. satan uses Hinduism and Buddhism and all of the religions in the world to get people away from Jesus. We cannot follow Jesus with Hinduism, we have to follow Jesus with all of our hearts instead. It’s about a personal relationship with Jesus, like a dad has with his son, Jesus isn’t about religion, Jesus is about relationship. I used to be caught up in a Christian denomination called the Baptist, but Jesus called me away from that, because Jesus once again, isn’t about religion. The Holy Bible is the only written truth and Jesus calls us to Himself so that we can know Him and be free from satan. Jesus is real and satan is real, I have had encounters with Jesus and satan and know that what the Holy Bible says is true. When you close the door to Hinduism, you are closing the door to satan and his teachings and you will be opening the door to Jesus alone and this is what Jesus wants for you .When we accept Jesus as our personal Lord and Savior, we have to close all other doors to religions . Jesus didn’t come to start a religion, Jesus came to save us from evil and from this world so that some day we can go home with Him to Heaven. If you ask Jesus about what I’m sharing with you, Jesus will show you and if we ask God for the baptism of His Holy Spirit and receive God’s Holy Spirit as spoken of in the Holy Bible, God will fill us with His Holy Spirit to do the will of God in this world. This is spoken about in the book of Acts, which is a book in the New Testament portion of the Holy Bible. God bless you.

Any iinformation concerning the Word of God is important. BUT - I am not convinced that this is on the up and up. There are many places in Israel where traverlers may purchase pieces of Israel's history. Finding something of deep interest here in America is something I question, AND I am not sold on the importance of the find.

ITS A PLANT THAT ONLY GROWS IN AFRICA, ESPECIALLY ALONG NILE RIVER AND GREAT LAKE'S OR CENTRAL AFRICA.
I think it's a type of plant that could be made into a tough tight cloth material used for writing.
Papyrus is English translation of Greek name for a plant that grow in Africa..
It was used to make boats,dhows, books, basket, fishing stuff, caps or huts, roof, Sandals and most important a stuff we call 'Neteru" or Luteru a word or a name that meant "Nile River "
Papyrus was important and still very important for many things around the Nile River and central Africa or Great Lakes. It's still being used in the Great Lakes as it were used back then thousands of years ago.
