Beef is extremely nutritious and your body absorbs 100% of it and as a result you lose weight and correct your hormone levels. If you think it's a good idea to eat lettuce then compare it's nutrition to something like beef. Lettuce is for rabbits not humans. And avoiding fench fries and anything cooked in poisonous vegetable oil, at all times, should be obvious. If it's not then don't expect to lose anything except for years off your life.
