You're right, Maxpedition is the best, I own six of their products and use most of them every day.
Don't balk at Maxpedition's prices. I've have several of their bags and pouches - and none of them have worn out. No loose threads, no blowouts, nothing.
Always good . I was in the Boy scouts before going in the military . That was important before going in to construction . Going from 0 degrees to 100 degrees requires planning . great channel

I wish I had the Chubby for my recent vacation. I really like bags that have a holster compartment, my 637 and speed strips would fit nicely.

Great video. I really enjoy your videos. I just started subscribing to your channel and I’m very happy I found it. I’m really impressed with your basic common sense approach to being prepared and ready for situations that can happen to anyone at any time. You don’t try to scare someone with imaginary situations that some do on their prepping videos. I really do like your approach in your videos. I’ve tried to get my wife to watch some others videos and frankly she can’t do it. Your channel on the other hand is exactly what I was looking for to get her to watch and see why being prepared and having a plan just in case the situation arises is not only the right way but also the smart and sensible way to approach today’s changing world. I wish I would have tried Maxpedition years ago, I could have saved a LOT of money. I've been through at least five backpacks, several sling bags and a host of other items. I've been using the versimax jumbo for 2 1/2 years and it still looks like new. I am now using the gearslinger pack for my everyday work carry and it is amazing. Great content and always love the outtakes too!
I've a cheap knock off very similar to the chubby and find it useful for many things even tho I don't carry a firearm. It's great for a shaving/beauty kit, small snow storm kit for the car, kids toys and tons of other uses. That size bag is great.
I just finally got a Kodiak and absolutely love it!

Those "Rite In The Rain" pads are awesome. A pencil or "space pen" will write on those thing even when they're wet. I love those.

Sootch, I have both the fatty organizer for housing my fire/ combustion supplies, the Chubby houses my personal survival/EDC kit. The chubby I bought did not have the holster set up you demonstrated............thankfully cause I'm.using it as a PSK.

Hey #SensiblePrepper!!! Ive always loved your vids, and I just recently (30mins ago) bought a Maxpedition DEP pouch, for edc, based on your review!!! I also bought a shoulder strap, to wear it like a shoulder bag, considering I cant get into fanny packs cause they get into the way of my edc pistol, holster etc etc. Keep up the good work, and carry on brother!!!!!!
wow, well look, two things to gino and roy, I'm sure that he is receiving free gear to give it a review so you tend to be nice to people who are nice to you, and I don't know about you but when I find a product that I think very highly of I tell as many people about it as possible and I tell them every detail to basically get them to buy it because if I like it then I feel like everyone should have the same. Really good review, man. I just replaced my 511 Rush 24 with a 511 Quad Zip for college. I used the 24 for 2 semesters and found it to be overkill, so I ordered the Quad Zip, but I'm slightly dissapointed with its lack of organization. No places pens or sleeves for, say, an external battery or Field Notes. I'm rambling, but I was trying to decide between these two, and this review helped me decide on the Skinny Pouch. To attach to the outside of my bag.
Maxpedition is the best, no lie.
The comparison reviews are the best for those in the market to buy one but cant really make up their mind. I got a Chubby and threw all my tools that I lug around in my car and threw Mr. Chubby in the trunk. Its been working out fine so far.
Waited to see another Maxpedition video from you, just to see you pouring water on it.

I would use the lock tabs for tamper seals for grab-and-go piece of mind. A lock doesn't seem practical, because if someone really wanted in, they'd just cut through the material.
with the chubby it would be awesome if there was a devider between the 2 sides so your firearm doesn't get all scratched up.. still awesome packs tho! great review and demonstration sootch!

I like Maxpedition but I think I'll be buying Vanquest in the future, they do everything that makes maxpedition great with som needed design improvements and at a more competitive price.

Just an observation, I would like to see a divider with some soft cloth, to protect the firearm from scratches from items on the opposite side. But hey, I value my guns more than I value my bags. =)

I bought an organizer pouch, it came today.the quality is as you say, but im dissapointed and frustrated that it is made in Taiwan, designed in the USA, just isnt the same as made in the USA. My quest for future purchases will be to find that company that makes similiar prepping bags and gear, made in the USA!
you wont find one maxipention, verguest, 511, Condor, Harzerd 4 all are foregen labor and reugalsion cost too much in US
