@@ToddBrandon-dg2dm I believe Systema ties in all forms of self defense! It basically comes down to become softer and more relaxed! It is al based off n natural Movement! No kata, no set movements! It the real deal! If not the Russian Special forces would not Use it!

The instructor you chose makes a HUGE difference. The system is principle based and should be trained/taught with specific goals/applications/ a purpose in mind.
