I think they put the black shirt on and took the white pants off (with black pants underneath). The white shirt was too thin to have a black shirt hidden. At the same time, it's insane they managed to do that so fast. There were probably some backup dancers lending an extra hand though

bts dinlemeyi 2 yıl önce bıraktım ama hala ara sıra bu tarz performansları izleyip duygulanırım.. gerçekten çok yeteneklilerdi. herksin dalga geçmesine rağmen zamanında bts dinlediğimi gururlanarak söylüyorum. çünkü ben baktığım da çok başarılı ve her işlerinde emek olan 7 tane adam görüyorum...
Tae and J-Hope worked so well together their sync and movements were so good and Jimin and Jungkook left me speechless that lift left me with no words I’m so proud of Rm and Jin you can see their improvement and great effort💜

That Jimin/Jungkook part. Hauntingly beautiful art.
It takes an insane amount of core strength to hold Jimin's pose (notice how he brings his front leg up during the spin, and braces himself to further turn his chest towards the audience on JK's arm). It takes an enormous amount of strength to hold a person at chest height like Jungkook did (imagine holding a heavy box there).
Luckily jimin master in contemporary &modern dance. Those dancer knows how to work on body momentum so they will be lighter when going up. Same case with balerina. Its work on their steps in prelifting. Hold on to their core, some pose will help spiraling the momentum of the body weight. So yeah its not only JK strenght on that moment, but also jimin strenght so it work out beautifully

This is so beautiful and ethereal. The background sound of the water gives the performance and soft edge to it, and BTS is just splendid with their dancing. This is one of the moments armies will never forget. BTS really are seven men with lovely souls.

I know you guys are saying "Western award shows aren't ready for this kind of performance or they don't deserve it." but I really wanna see BTS do these kinds of performances in the west. I really want people to see BTS's true talent instead of conforming to theirs. Just imagine how stupid these Award shows (like Grammys) would feel if they saw a "boyband" who's suppose to be stereotypical gliding across the stage with contemporary dancing and unique music.
Most american awards don't give them the proper treatment, grammys even cut their dynamite performance on tv so it's not like they don't want it or the west is not ready. They won't let them. Bts are performers, bringing a stage like this to America must been a dream to them, they just need the opportunity.
They dont give them the time or the freedom to perform stuff like this sadly....
