Petrol! Diesel needs too much repairs in the complicated exhaust line. All the fuel savings are returned to the workshop over time

well with the diesel you might reach 600k km but with the petrol good luck for 300k ....

@@nightbleeding2759 In my experience, it's the other way around. The gasoline engines last much longer with far fewer repairs than the diesels

The a3 is in summer temperature where diesel does better mpg and the a4 is in winter temperature so will be less economical

Petrol for me, less things to go wrong or fix, small turbocharged engines nowadays are quick and economical, im going for a ford puma st with 1.5t petrol engine with 200hp for next car and heard you can easily get 40 to 50mpg normal driving, thats good enough for me👌👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

these cars were not tested in the same conditions, the A3 was driven at +20 degrees and the A4 at +5 degrees, it's not the same...
