I was fortunate enough to see and meet Jinjer last October in Los Angeles. What I can tell you is the concert was pure 🔥🔥🔥 and they are some of the nicest, kindest, most humble human beings around who clearly love their fans. When I met them, I told them how excited I was to see them live for the first time, Eugene (bass) Roman (guitar) Vlad (drums) and Tati all said thank you and enjoy the show, then Tati told me, "I'm excited too and nervous" I told her nervous? why? you've been performing for a long time, she told me that she always gets nervous before a show no matter how many times she performs. You definitely wouldn't know it when she hits that stage. In case you didn't know, they announced a US tour this past week, in case you are interested in going. I got my tickets for the Los Angeles show and bought the VIP upgrade to meet them again. If you're wanting to go make sure you buy tickets as soon as you can, I bought mine on Wednesday on a pre-sale and by Friday when the went on a public sale, after an hour they were sold out. I don't know how you do it. Within 48 hours of discovering them I'd madly binged everything they had on YT. I think if I was a reactor discovering them, I'd binge and just record them all with some comments maybe, and then edit in the intros and closings in post. They are a Ukrainian band, so English is not Tatiana’s primary language. In Fact, if you watch her interviews, sometimes she struggles to get her point across in English. However, when she writes her lyrics, she writes them in English. If you look up their lyrics, you will see how deep they all are. She is a beautiful soul and The whole band is a gift as they play together. Not one of them tries to outshine the rest. They all play/sing together. If you've heard Spiritbox, I recommend checking out the band "iwrestledabearonce". Courtney from Spiritbox took over as the lead vocalist after the previous singer left the band. Watch the video for "Gift of Death", it's hard AF. You'll be like "Is that the same Courtney?! OMG!". A personal favorite with their original singer, the video for "Danger in the Manger" is the most nuts shit you'll ever see. It was released in 2009 too, way before it's time for sure!

I've been in a punk band and a thrash band and have been told I have a decent growl but she puts me to shame big-time Whoever said women can't do metal is a moron. I see you have discovered Tatiana and Floor from Nightwish. There are alot of amazing woman metal singers out there. Simone Simons from Epica who is a soprano like Nightwish's Floor. Consign to Oblivion live in Paris would be a good introduction to them. Alissa White Gluz from Arch Enemy is a amazing singer of both harsh and clean vocals. If you've heard Spiritbox, I recommend checking out the band "iwrestledabearonce". Courtney from Spiritbox took over as the lead vocalist after the previous singer left the band. Watch the video for "Gift of Death", it's hard AF. You'll be like "Is that the same Courtney?! OMG!".
A personal favorite with their original singer, the video for "Danger in the Manger" is the most nuts shit you'll ever see. It was released in 2009 too, way before it's time for sure!

It has a great balance between clean vocals and grawls. A great live performance is Judgement and Punishment Tatiana's (one take) vocal performance. It's in studio and the song shows a different side of her musical influences.

I mentioned in another Jinjer video that you should check out Feelement and Blind Ivy..but i didnt which songs you should listen to... Feelement-Trapped is a good one and from Blind Ivy you should listen to Godless or any other song for that matter..youll really like them... I went down a HUGE rabbit hole when I first started listening to Jinjer... And lead me to a lot of similar genre of rock.. I dont listen anything else now lol

I see you have discovered Tatiana and Floor from Nightwish. There are alot of amazing woman metal singers out there. Simone Simons from Epica who is a soprano like Nightwish's Floor. Consign to Oblivion live in Paris would be a good introduction to them. Alissa White Gluz from Arch Enemy is a amazing singer of both harsh and clean vocals. Handshake with Hell is a great intro from their latest album. Thats a good start. Theres alot of dam talented woman out there. Enjoy. 🤘
