    Here's a healthy recipe for a delicious acai bowl. Great for breakfast, a snack or a tasty and sweet dessert.
    Homemade Acai Bowl Ingredients
    1 frozen packet acai (found in health food store)
    1.5 bananas (1 frozen)
    ¾ cup frozen berries
    3oz almond milk, unsweetened
    1 heaping TBSP almond butter (or any nut butter)
    1 TBSP maple syrup
    Toppings:
    Gluten free granola (could grab some from the health food store vs making it - Ideally a crunchy one)
    Goji berries (health food store - optional)
    Hemp seeds
    Raw honey
    Banana
    Directions:
    Place acai, ¾ of a frozen banana, frozen berries, almond milk, almond butter & maple syrup in a blender
    Blend until it’s a thick smoothie consistency - it will be loud and seem like there isn’t enough liquid
    Place in a bowl, and top with 1/3 of a banana, sliced into rounds, 1 TBSP goji berries, 1 tsp hemp hearts, raw honey drizzled and some gluten free granola
