Hi nangi! Bachelor's level degrees are only offered in French. I know only one science program that offers the first year in English and the next two in french, which is offered by the Universite Cergy Pontoise. (It's a chemistry+ physics) program. You can read more info on their website.

You can use the world university rankings to get an idea about good universities. (Grand Ecoles are better than universities if you plan to settle in France, but there are a couple of issues, the first one is they are too expensive and the second is the selection process. There is a separate in person exam that you have to take and you have to be in France) And you don't need to show money to universities. The financial requirement is for the visa which is 615 x 12 euros.
