I'm not gonna bust on you. I get the frustration. It's just given the history of Cass figures? This has always been the way all the way to Mattel. That said, this is the most articulate Cass action figure to date. The new head sculpt and wired cape do some WAY heavy lifting to balance out the reuse parts. It dethrones the DC DIrect JL Classified Cass for me (which had a superior mold just not very articulate). The Mattel one was highly articulate but man the thing looks even more dated to this Cass.
That said, for customizations to make this figure even superior may I suggest using Batwoman Beyond unmasked head and fists. They do fit the figure (just some hot water and it'll pop off the ball joints in the hands). The Jim Gordon Batman-fisted hands work too.
Just a heads up if you're not aware there is a Elseworlds variant of Cassandra out in the wild. McFarlane Toys released a Page Punchers Batgirl last year that is Cass too. The leather mask, cape, and black ponytail was a dead giveaway (the artist who worked on the comic for the figure confirmed it was Cass too). It's a fully new figure buck, and really the only downside is the plastic cape hinders her movement.
But with this figure teasing BATGIRLS and (last year?) McFarlane giving us a 3-Pack of Gotham Knights. It would be a waste if McFarlane not to one-up Mattel and release an Orphan figure. That or do a two-pack with her and Steph.

WoW! That is a lot of information to take in. I did not know that the page puncher Batgirl was Cass. I only saw the purple version and figured that was Barbara. An Orphan figure or a Black Bat figure would be amazing! I'm down with more Cass as long as it's not the movie version. Thanks for all the great info.
