The Ninjetti style uniforms was power rangers only, in kakuranger they just used standard ninja uniforms so that sculpt was based on Tommy they just did a poor job i guess but the figure it's self looks great, nice review.

The Thundercats sword is called the sword of omens and I agree they should see it I think it was One of the best cartoon shows of the 80's

I'm not gonna bust on you. I get the frustration. It's just given the history of Cass figures? This has always been the way all the way to Mattel. That said, this is the most articulate Cass action figure to date. The new head sculpt and wired cape do some WAY heavy lifting to balance out the reuse parts. It dethrones the DC DIrect JL Classified Cass for me (which had a superior mold just not very articulate). The Mattel one was highly articulate but man the thing looks even more dated to this Cass. That said, for customizations to make this figure even superior may I suggest using Batwoman Beyond unmasked head and fists. They do fit the figure (just some hot water and it'll pop off the ball joints in the hands). The Jim Gordon Batman-fisted hands work too. Just a heads up if you're not aware there is a Elseworlds variant of Cassandra out in the wild. McFarlane Toys released a Page Punchers Batgirl last year that is Cass too. The leather mask, cape, and black ponytail was a dead giveaway (the artist who worked on the comic for the figure confirmed it was Cass too). It's a fully new figure buck, and really the only downside is the plastic cape hinders her movement. But with this figure teasing BATGIRLS and (last year?) McFarlane giving us a 3-Pack of Gotham Knights. It would be a waste if McFarlane not to one-up Mattel and release an Orphan figure. That or do a two-pack with her and Steph.

God Lord DC and McFarlane is utter shit these days. How many variants of the same character do you need to make, and miss the mark every time? Like making a first appearance Superman who has red boots in the comic / art work included, but give the figure itself blue boots like a fucking retard like he's wearing a baby blue pajama onesie. I hope McFarlane loses the license ASAP, and I bet someone else could even do Spawn figures better than him. Figures are so bad he should be brought up on environmental charges for causing landfills to fill up with his figures nobody wants.

It looks like you could paint a skin color on him at the forearms and neck for a unique commando look.

I just got this guy and yea... Wow... This is really nice! Much nicer than I anticipated. I originally wasn't going to get the toon line because I have the 4 pack Mirage Lawson TMNT, and I just wanted to stay with the Mirage line. But... I saw this guy, and he was my guy as a kid and I had to grab him. I also ended up getting the samurai Mike and astronaut Donnie and I am very very impressed with those too! The colors are vibrant and the level of detail is beautiful! Nice job NECA

I really don’t see the difference from the turtles in disguise set or the four pack that came out after. After tax on all four figures you’re basically paying $130+ For accessories… the turtles are pretty much the same.

hey the shadowy figures on the side of the box seems to be teasers for future releases, I can't make the first one ( armored blood elf? ) but the second one is an undead and the third is a troll

I still have the Burger King Kids Club TMNT VHS collection from f.h.e. (I still remember that lame glitchy music when that imprint shows up) sadly the boxes were destroyed by childhood me.

I have the premium red version, it comes with guns which is why yours had gun holding hands, underneatch the shield foam is the gauntlets for the shield, and finally you actually DID get a different stand because the red version has a gold* crest on the stand, whilst yours has a silver crest😄❤️

Ironically I JUST got the email confirming that this figure is out for delivery today. I can't wait to open this bad boy and give the skin some better paint apps, replace the plastic chain with a metal chain, and make a custom accessory or two.
