I am doing your a to z dsa sheet and i have also seen the paid course of geeksforgeeks....i can definitely say...your sheet is far far better than any other paid course....and specially your method of teaching is just mind-blowing...
I don't know why but i didn't like his explanation. I find his curated list though that's why I'm solving all questions from his list but am watching explanation from others too particularly pepcoding.
I am from a tier 3 college, and I applied dsa courses like kabdul gbari and FGFG , but after that when I start following A2Z DSA course, I learnt what to apply and how to think in a way as per the question to get to the right approach. The best course I suggest to my juniors. My friends who followed this course are in companies like F5 (21) , phonePe(24), cisco(26), me with only internship in a company as per my less hardwork. This is the best .
You're point related to the Contest is Correct. I see many people who solved 500+ problems but are not attending the contest or they are not able to solve more than 2 questions during the contest. The point of attending the contest is that you learn one topic and you will have confidence in the DSA concepts, but during the contest, if you're not able to solve that concept-related question then you're not good enough in that topic. So you need to revisit that topic. It's like testing your skills by giving a contest

So first if I have a basic understanding of Array then I start with solving Array's Easy problems of sheet as well as (School/Basic/Easy) problems from the GFG platform. But, if any problem from Striver's sheet of Arrays is not solvable in 1st go then I will watch the approach part only not the code part from Striver's videos and then will solve that problem part. if any problem is not solvable in 1 go then it's okay to watch the approach part from videos then you can practice the same problem or the same kind of problem on different platforms. In my case, I use GFG and Coding Ninjas Studio. I am also a beginner in the DSA journey so just explained my way. After every 3-4 days make sure to revise previously solved problems on your own. Hope this will help you.

I did the course a few months ago and I still am unplaced. It might be due to the job market that people are spreading such information. Development is also being looked at in interviews and the pattern of interviews have changed slightly. So please don't rely completely on this course for placements and do some development side by side. This course is very good for learning DSA but it won't guarantee your placement unless you do some development.

Preparing for DSA is long term journey. It is very difficult to prepare within just six months contrary to many course seller claim including self proclaimed FAANG Bhiaya. Most DSA courses are part of beginning phase. To solve Leetcode medium within time bound, you need to practice a lot. Contests are best way to do so.

Hi Striver, I am going with your course, it's the very best. but I have couple of questions which I encountered in the course. i.e when I reached "finding next permutation"(understood the problem) but here is one thing I am having doubts. i.e when finding all permutation you pointed that you covered it in recursion playlist. so should I do recursion playlist first or should I continue with A-Z playlist. I have covered the recursion and solved all problems when you covered recursion in A-Z playlist. I had a review of recursion playlist. there are problems which are solved in this playlist also. don't know how to continue. help urgently needed 😅
I am doing DSA in Python; I never find difficulty while watching your videos. To all my juniors, to master DSA the basic need you required is CONCEPT + CONSISTENCY. My strategy for every topic: Practice 50 easy question, 25 medium question, 10 Hard question.

learn the logic from videos and you can convert that similar code from gpt if you are unable to understand. I am also doing with python.

Bahiya best of best but can you make string, heap, stack and queue playlists like you make linkedlist, binary search, array.
I got intern because of his courses , he really teaches well , but about that beginner friendly part i think its about how much you try, because i learned basics in my 11, 12th so can't comment about it much , also keep giving contest it will help you a lot.

i took a dsa paid course and its one of the youtuber and it was pretty good course but only a topic which was dp which was excellently taught by striver and also paid courses definetly increase our consistency rather than the free content it's always depends on us and thank you striver for all the content i followed both my paid course and yours

Hi Striver, I am going with your course, it's the very best. but I have couple of questions which I encountered in the course. i.e when I reached "finding next permutation"(understood the problem) but here is one thing I am having doubts. i.e when finding all permutation you pointed that you covered it in recursion playlist. so should I do recursion playlist first or should I continue with A-Z playlist.
I have covered the recursion and solved all problems when you covered recursion in A-Z playlist. I had a review of recursion playlist. there are problems which are solved in this playlist also. don't know how to continue. help urgently needed 😅

What should I learn first, C++ STL or DSA?
I am doing DSA in Python; I never find difficulty while watching your videos. To all my juniors, to master DSA the basic need you required is CONCEPT + CONSISTENCY. My strategy for every topic: Practice 50 easy question, 25 medium question, 10 Hard question.
Even I will be doing in Python, should I continue or look for another resource

No matter what everyone says...i can certainly say that because of strivers dsa sheet i have become the best programmer in my collage..almost everyone know me because of this...i was placed iny 3rd year itself. I then started volunteering in placement drives . I will work for 2 years just for some experience and then i will have a big jump. Thats for sure...thanks to striver
