If you feel interested, here's a little calculation of Madoka's possible potential in the last timeline (the one we've been watching all this time).
Madoka's initial potential in Timeline 1 was probably pretty average, but probably not very low -- the first Kyūbē did want turn her into a magical girl, after all, so her initial potential can't have been all that bad -- Kyūbē wants energy, he wouldn't go after a bad target. Now, when Homura reset time for the first time and created Timeline 2, the new Madoka would in principle have the same potential; but since she was now linked to the fate of the first Madoka (who was the only reason why Homura reset the timeline, thus creating Timeline 2 and the new Madoka), then this would double her potential. Now, when Homura created Timeline 3 by resetting time again, she did the same thing: she created a new world with a new Madoka having the same potential as the previous Madoka, and connected them, thus doubling the third Madoka's potential. But the second Madoka's potential had already been doubled when Homura created Timeline 2; so the third Madoka's potential is twice that, or four times the potential of the first Madoka in Timeline 1.
In other words, every time Homura resets the timeline, the new Madoka has twice the potential power of the previous Madoka.
Now, if you take into account that, according to an answer Gen Urobuchi, the author, gave in an interview once, Homura has reset time some fifty to a hundred times... This means the last Madoka (the one we've been watching all along) has 2x2x2....x2 (fifty to a hundred times) the potential of the original times, i.e. 2 to the fifthieth (or hundredth) power. (Well, technically, 2 to the 49th or 99th power, but since Urobuchi was vague about the number of timelines, I won't be too precise here either.) This is a Really Big Number, something between 1,125 trillion (2 to the fiftieth power) and 1,127 octillion (2 to the hundredth power) times the power of the first Madoka.
If you want to see the numbers in their full glory, the last Madoka's potential is between:
    2^50 = 1,125,899,906,842,624
    and:
    2^100 = 1,267,650,600,228,229,401,496,703,205,376
times the potential of the first Madoka.
These numbers are pretty astronomical. For comparison, the number of stars in all galaxies of the known universe has been estimated as somewhere between 10^22 and 10^24. Taking the larger estimate in both cases (2^100 and 10^24), we see that 2^100 / 10^24 = 1,267,650.600228..., i.e., 2^100 is more than one million times bigger than 10^24.
In other words, if all stars of the known universe became magical girls with the same potential power as the first Madoka and then joined their powers together (the way witches joined their power in Walpurgisnacht)... the last Madoka as a magical girl would still be a million and two hundred thousand times more powerful than them... Much more than a huge T-Rex compared to a little ant...
Do you see where Kyūbē's claim that she would be "the God of this world" comes from? ;-) ...

Somehow I feel like it's less like every time Homura rewinds the universe Madoka's potential doubles, but more like that Madoka has a pretty average and insignificant amount of potential (a), and each time Homura rewinds the universe for one week, the energy that the whole universe has spent sustaining itself/powering various civilizations during this month (B) is added to Madoka's upper limit, making her endgame status a+99B. Still very powerful (I mean, it's 99 universe-fuls of energy...).

    Want a fun fact.
In the Madoka game they show a lot more of the story and in one point Sayaka gets her soul gem back but her body is pretty much rotting like a zombie.
She went to her crush's house and freaked him out.

Kyoko was both hiding taking care of Sayaka's body in a hotel room while they tried to find a way to turn Sayaka's witch back to normal. Since Kyoko died taking out Sayaka's witch, Sayaka's body was left alone in the hotel room until it was discovered by the hotel staff.

Kyuubey never cared about human death even before Homura made her wish. He just sees humans as a beneficial resource. Kind of like how we discard batteries after they can't be used anymore, Kyuubey treats humans the exact same way.
Like Homura said, Kyuubey doesn't care. He only cares about his goal in the long run which is to gather up the grief energy from magical girls.

Checkmate. Madoka is so strong cause karma in this story exist. It's the foundation that determines the power of a MG. The more "good" you do, the worse "bad" you do aka the more powerful as a MG the more powerful as a witch.

I think I won't make any deep interpretative commentary, or any big analysis, so as not to contribute to the wave that actually made you people feel bad. I'll simply ask: can you feel how true, how deeply felt Homura's pain is at the end of this episode, when Madoka says, "Homura... I'm sorry... (but I want to be a magical girl -- first words of Episode 12, but you've already guessed them, right)?" Can you feel the empty numbness falling on her soul as she hears those words? How much worse that is than any of the physical pain and scars that she has obviously also had to endure in her years of struggle throughout the timelines?
Ah, Homura!... I would love to give you a hug, but it would be of no use, because by now only Madoka could possibly reach and touch you. Other humans are... too far away.

If you haven't seen it, I would like to see your reactions to Neon Genesis Evangelion. Similar 90's style to Berserk, similar deconstructive writing to Madoka.

Humans killing an animal for meat just like Incubators treats to girls. It also resembles Kyubey treats his magical girls under his system.
