Some consider them just decorative but they've also been said to represent the 9 historical provinces of Finland. Another cool detail from the coat of arms are the two swords. The straight one wielded by the lion is said to represent allegiance with the west, and the saber under it's feet the struggle against Russia
Team Canada’s is the only one I like and even though he’s not a Shark I am very very tempted to buy a Team Canada jersey with Connor McDavid’s name and number on it!!! 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
It’d be nice if they just re-did the World Cup from 2016. Having a U23 team and a team Europe made the tournament really balanced for an international hockey tournament
@@chucku1001 I know, I’m hyped for the Olympics, but if your going to do a best on best in 2025, do it right. I’d much rather see a continuation of the World Cup instead of a meagre 4 teams playing in a tournament with no history.

You might be onto something with the Sweden jerseys. Didn't really think of that striping to be like their flag.
They went with the four nations in part due to the tournament replacing the Allstar break. Also the Russia thing
