watching from essex and honestly the differences in our buses are wild. i mainly use buses from the hadleigh/southend depot to commute and basically all we have are Gemini 2s, e400s and what feels like a streetlite convention (there are 2 of the gemini 2s that I really like)
The StreetDecks provide increased amenities for passengers, but the engine seems a lot louder and they rattle more judging by the video, so I wonder how different it is in person? Also, how is the suspension on the StreetDecks compared to the B9TLs? They'll probably be a lot more fuel efficient with the engine I'd imagine, and they do seem to perform quite well for a 4-cylinder engine considering how underpowered a lot of them were when they were new.
I'm been on plenty of them when they were still in Leeds and yes, the engine is very noisy from the downstairs. They're less reliable than the B9s and most of the 67-plates I would say already current have/had gearbox issues.
