I had Celes Locke Sabin Gau here ALL at lvs over 50 Edgar/Cyan both SUCK at this point due to the high defense enemies and the magic damage flash/bioblaster tools even at lvs over 50+ kind of suck at this point. BUT NEVER do the Opera house WITHOUT a FULL party IE 4 party members BEFORE you start that scenario you don't want to be Stuck with ONLY 2 party members in your case Locke/Edgar AFTER you Lose Celes in the Magi tech factory itself.
