Warframe grind in a nutshell
Yeah I mean I don't understand it, (unless y'all enjoy the farming and market) 500plat a day is the equivalent of 25$ a day USD (without any discounts) if you get the largest bundle with a 50% discount it ends up being 11$ a day for 500 plat, that is equal to an hour of work in many US states

I used to do this back before Warframe market was a thing, made hundreds of thousands on vaulted gear and rare mods/stances that people would sell under market value, usually in individual parts. I'd collect it, and sell it as a set for whatever set value was at the time. Sometimes I'd buy up parts for frames that'd be vaulted soon, then sell after some time had passed, I made a ton on ember, loki and rhino that way. You can definitely still do this, but you make quite a lot less per trade than back in the day.

Good video! The biggest points that I took away: Feel free to change server if trade chat is inactive, newbie traders shouldn't worry about the amount of profit, farm and trade what you enjoy, try to negotiate other things besides plat when opportunity arises. Literally just be a business man. Warframe market isn't end all be all of prices, and instead could be used as more of a guideline. Time to make some big bucks!

video isnt for everyone but def not the case. I shared multiple strats I use to make plat every single day. People getting caught up in the fact I used a few examples making 11p per trade (minimum) are missing the point. I end up making about 40p per trade or more on average when you total the plat per day.

I'm 800hrs into the game. To be really honest, the content of the video is practically true. He's shown a few ways to make plat through bulk trading, buying ayatans, rounding up trades with ayatans, and upgrading mods from the Endo extracted from the ayatans.
There's maybe some more that I've missed, but the point is I think the info is pretty useful. At least it is for me.

I’ve played madden ultimate team for free over 8 years now and I use similar methods in warframe. The small profits are worth the most and having an accumulative daily profit goal is key. Stay consistent for a few weeks and eventually you can accidentally score an additional big profit on the side.

What i like to do is open relics and if i get a rare drop i farm for uncommon drop of that weapon/frame and then i buy the rest of the parts and sell the whole set, profits me about 20-15 plat which is really good, sometimes even 30-40
Hold them and in a few months you'll have wheelbarrows full of plat

A big thing on Warframe market is availability im willing to buy something for 10-15 plat more maybe 20 depending on how much i have if you are the only one online
sometimes the ones who sell/buy something for cheap or expensive at the warframe market are offline but I check on how much time has passed since they've been offline and I try to copy paste and spam the buy/sell on each of them cause they're sometimes online in the game and just forgot to change their status into online-in-game at the warframe market, so if you're patient enough try to spam the /w(player) chat command

yall, i think my method of getting platinum is similar to this. i make platinum by buying warframe prime parts for a very small price til i get the full set and get a profit about 20-30p ik its pretty slow but if that's what works for me now, ill stick to it for now.
When a frame get unvaulted ill farm its most rare part (or 2 parts) and buy the rest of the set.

As a WF veteran playing more than 3k hours now, you had some good tips, however, all of that could be summed up in 3-4 mins tops. This was lengthier than it should have been... Pro tip: More to the point talking, less beating around the bush and talk faster ig. Decent video regardless.

Buy cheap sell more with some extras steps.
The problem there is you need to have atleast 50 plat already on you to start the strat you shared.
You only need 10p to do the riven strat I shared... Buy riven for 10p sell for 20p-25p and scale up, or you could buy corrupted mods for 5p and resell for 20p/ upgrade them and sell them for 100p. Conversely I am working on a low mr account right now live and a "low mr plat guide" it will also work for people who don't have any plat as well.

This game has LOTS of ways to make platinum, Primes, Arcanes, Rivens, Baros items, primed mods, R10 mods, Ayatans, syndicate stuff, just find something that gives you fun and pl at the same time. Btw you dont need lots of pl unless you want to buy meta weapon rivens.

This reminds me of the good old days when my squad used to grind like crazy get them prime parts, crazy mods etc. and we would sell them in sets and split the plats 😂 im miss the good old days. The squad disintegrated and im too confused to return to the new warframe 😢

@@xJooshieBasic match, the implication of a 500 plat profit means that that is just that, PROFIT set aside from the rest of the plat used. 500 x 30 is 15k, even if you cut that number down to 233 in profit every day you would still be making 7k a MONTH in profit. If you've been playing for a year that brings you to 84k plat in profits within just one year. There is absolutely no possible way for one to blow through so much of that to be left with 7k at ANY given point. You are the Captain of Cap and unable to use your phones calculator.
^especially if this is a daily natural spending and earning you would be making way too much in a week to be able to blow it all unless you're literally buying things you dont want just to buy them, and with as much UI clutter as WF has I don't see that being the case.

You don't need to use trade chat to get plat from people. You can literally go on the warframe market site and message people who're looking for stuff that you have or message people who're selling stuff that you want. Tons of players never use trade chat, i've only used it twice since i started playing again.

i tried to sell a whole lot of fish for 20 for the whole shop but people said it was "too much" even tho 6 fush of varying bits could be more then that so i told people i spend hours fishing and trying to get better fish to sell so my prices are reasonable
the only tip i can think of is make a more "fun" wts message... ie branding might sound cringe but can go a long way (flubbers fat fish shop) people could think its funny and msg you

Highest plat i had made back in day 3 - 4 years ago. Average weekly was like 14k and highest i had made in single day was 38k plat when Kuva brammer came out before weapon update. I for myself had around 600k+ plat and for all you tips at out there dont go past 1mil plat the game will ban you. I dont if they have fix this but me and other guild memebers had around 3 - 5mil plat.
Same thing with credits you dont want to go past 1billion. But remeber there was trick and ik Warframe DE havent fix this trick and dont think any others warframe vets know bout this in Index.
When there was event with Credit booster and ur own booster with together 8x more credits. I remeber me and 3 other people will do a 12hrs index run until enemys dont spawn in we would make around 300 - 500mil credits or more

TLDW:buy low sell high/endo to plat conversion/change trade servers if needed/don’t be afraid to “scam” people/just buy prime junk 100ducats for 9 or less plat. You would be amazed on what people will trade you!

DONT scam people. Just dont feel the need to be listing you own items in trade chat for the lowest price on warframe market just because some people say "that is the market price". (my idea of a scam would be finding a low mr player and charging them 300% for a warframe just because they are new)

Seeking out new/low mr players to try and rip them off is not just a crappy thing to do, but not really an efficient way to make plat. When referring to “scam” I mean something more along the lines of trade chat tax. I.E something worth 10p on market I will up sell for 15-25p in trade chat depending on metrics(volume/drop chance/obtainability/demand)Hope that clears it up for everyone.

im not fully through the video but i had a idea. do WTS Prime Junk 6:12 then get 12 platinum use 10 of it on a mod then resell the mod for like 25-30. Just had this thought might be good for starter traders.
HELL NO. Dont sell prime junk 6:12. Terrible advice. Items that sell for 45 ducats are worth 3p, 65 ducats is 5p, and 100ducats is 7-8p. Ur getting ppl finessed

Eh, its useful info for newer players but kinda shit for vets. There are much faster ways to make plat but that is what he alludes to when he says you can get plat by just playing the game. In essence when you can earn a ton of endo, reliably you can just flip mods if that makes you happy. I like flipping arcanes and rivens because endo is ass to grind for me lol. But Im also at the point that I dont need plat all that much as I can level cap with my builds.

The real way of making plat in this game is buying low selling high lol. As stupid as that sounds I made 700pl in 2 months. You just need to know what to buy. 500 every login is bs. Nothing said here is gonna help you
