Watched this video a couple days ago and it helped me get on track to using wings more. Been thinking about how to optimally use the move for awhile now and in which situations is it best in. I do agree that its not a move you use in every matchup, similar to her ice field. Its about having the situational awareness to know when the odds of you getting that drain off are best. She has many points into wings as well when it comes to mid combo, during zoning, and on oki When it comes to resources I typically almost always use it when my opponent is player a character with no DP, has low burst, and low meter. I have also found the big body characters pretty rough to fight (Nago, Pot, Goldlewis) because of how many interactions it takes to kill them vs how many it takes to kill Dizzy. I think wings may be best used on them because i want to say it completely ignores their guts and defense modifiers and is just a flat drain on their help. Feels like using it on them is the most bang for buck, also helps they don't have any meterless reversals and very slow buttons to deal with the 236K loop which is just us bidding our time until activation.

I have had a few days break but I have also been considering more ways to make them viable, I do feel strongly that they are useful though more than a gimmick. I think that's a good idea the way that you implement wings when I play her again I will also try and implement it that way they feel like a checkmate move if I'm honest.
I am loving dizzy, I am not very good with her but something about her is just so fun. still trying to work on the muscle memory. The testament match up for me was awful, it almost made my cry haha, i kept being outzoned and couldn't figure out how to approach. ARBITER SIGN! ARBITER SIGN! ARBITER SIGN. I agree she is a lot of fun, I am enjoying her a lot I will definitely play dizzy and elphelt together I think they are both worth the effort. It's also nice that she doesn't feel to overpowered but not weak at the same time I think they did a good job. I agree though the testament MU feels rough haha a really good testament will rock dizzy I think. I am glad you found it useful I am thinking at looking at how to beat her "infinite" soon because it's really gimmicky but still strong so if I can help people best it then I would feel happy
