    We all struggle with mental health so don't feel like you're alone. I honestly think you should consider exercising regularly, I've noticed a HUGE change in my mental health and motivation to get stuff done whenever I've exercised recently. It'll be a struggle at first to get into repetition of exercising but once you get to a certain point, it will feel natural and will help you feel better! Let me know if I can help in any way! 💚
