Oh a blockbuster commercial. I had one near me up until the 2010s as one of the lasts ones to close and I preferred it over Netflix. I liked going in and choosing any DVD and blu ray myself along with a ps3 and 360 game as they had them too. Then checking out and picking up a popcorn bowl. Got to know the cashiers and they were really cool. Man I miss that experience.
W O W, a commercial for Mountain Creek from the year they first re-opened the water park as Mountain Creek Water Park! NICE! Crazy seeing the infamous alpine slide so prominently featured in the ad given how much the Intrawest people wanted to distance themselves from the old Action Park (even seemingly reveling when the old bungee tower was torn down if I interpreted a news article on the removal of said bungee tower correctly)..
It's kind of funny seeing that in 1998 they went back to inflatable dinghys for the Colorado River Ride at Mountain Creek - seeing how they were apparently awful, and apparently were originally used whren the ride was first open in 1987 (and suffered many of the same problems this attempt used).
My nostalgia, depression, and alcoholism just skyrocketed. I wanna go back.
