Potato Bites Snacks with Kanaira's

"Potato Bites are crispy outside and fluffy inside. They're bite-sized mashed potatos with spicies fried until golden brown. Enjoy them as a snack or appetizer, perfect for dipping in your favorite sauce!"
Ingredients:
1- Half kg potatoes
2- 1 teaspoon black paper
3- 1 teaspoon salt
4- 1 teaspoon garlic (optional)
5- 1 cup plain flour
6- some fresh coriander leaves
Instruction:
1. Boil the potatoes until they are tender.
2. Drain the water and mash the potatoes in a bowl.
3. Add flour, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to the mashed potatoes.
4. Mix everything together until a dough forms.
5. Knead the dough for a few minutes until it becomes smooth and pliable.
6. Shape the dough into desired shapes, such as small balls or patties.
7- Heat a pan with enough oil for deep frying over medium-high heat.
8- Once the oil is hot, add the shaped potato dough.
9- Deep fry the potato bites until they are golden brown and crispy.
10- Remove the potato bites from the oil with a slotted spoon.
11- Serve the hot potato bites with ketchup and mayonnais sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
