Bro i see your problem xd you put it on exactly in the letter t and not un the t indicator ( the line at the right of the t) hahaha xd maybe thats why still so noise atleast the manual said that about the indicator hey i like your videos
I own a xpulse 200 bs6 and after 20,000km the engine started to give this noise. I tried adjusting the valve clearance, cam chain tensioner but no use. still the noise is there. Adjustments doesn't seem to solve the noise. The engine is just garbage in this bike.

Its party my fault too, I wasn't uploading coz of medical condition. I'm on hunt for some unicorn valve train parts or entire unicorn topend, compare it with xpulse , probably even swap it. Will make a video soon

Cuando revises los balancines también verifica la canastilla del balancín que no tenga desgaste osea el juego lateral es normal el anormal es que la canastilla se mueva de arriba hacia abajo o el cualquier mínimo desgaste no te da la calibración exacta además al calibrar no sé si las cuchillas vengan con esa medida osea de 0.7 a 0.9 si no las tiene ponle 0.6 a 0.8 y verifica el filtro de aire es importante y verifica la bujía cómo está quemando
the blades of feeler guage should feel slight more drag while placing between tappets for accurate setting. I have a suggestion...some trial and error methods. collect the camshaft from old hunk/xtreme and from the newer 2016 model hunk/ xtreme sports. Compare the lobe height of these camshafts. Replacing with either of these camshafts could arrest this noise.
I also have same problems sir and suffering this problem from 1 month I need suggest from you what should I do now I have gone through service center they are saying it's typad prob I can fix it by its setting but if then also the sounds is there ilthen I can't do anything

Brother ur point is right maybe the BS4 has some lags but i have the bs6 version its more refined and smooth and its oil cooled now..
Nice to know that bs6 is smoother. If I could get those parts then it will be a easy fix

I also faced the same and it resulted in crank shaft breakage , make sure you check it ASAP
