Would you say that the service ends at the service entrance panel disconnect? Is an emergency or service disconnect on the service side if it is placed before the service entrance? I ask because I saw one video that stated that you only bond the first disconnect after the meter, and another video stated otherwise, that the service entrance was the only correct bond.
In a AC/DC coupled solar system in a grid up condition the neutral ground bond is in the MP and the essential load panel is a sub panel? In a grid down condition the MP is isolated, where is the neutra/ground bond ?

Neutral/ground bond only occurs in service equipment per 250.24(A)(5).
