Is weakness better from the jelly fish tower

Cripple better from the chi spirit tower

They are very different. Jelly Fish makes enemies do less damage. Cripple makes enemies take more damage.

@@MrJuicebags The wording is Mobs are weakend. Parlized mobs has a chance of doing (x) less dmg.
So is it a case of even more weakness is being added or the 1st part of the shard is just pointless
