But aapne ye bataya tha ki jab humare baalo me sweat aa jaata hai toh hume ussey shampoo kar lena chahiye or oiling nai karni chahiye . But bro main nahi kar paa raha hu . Actually main raat ko 8 baje se 9 baje tak exercise karta hu (kyunki subah karne me difficulty hoti hai ) aur phir uske 2 ghante baad jabbhi main sone jaata hu tab soney se pehle main oil lagaata hu (according to my hairtype as they are dry ) but saari diqqat ye hai ki thand me raat ko kon sar dhone baithega yaar kyunki baad me thand lag jayegi
Mujhe please kuch aisa idea do jissey ki main apna daily routine achha kar saku . Mere baal bahhoot frizzy aur dry ho gaye hai . 70%humari diet matter karti hai uspar me jitta ho sakta hai dhyaan deta hu but mujhe ye samajh nai aa rahi ki being a 10th standard student mera schedule kya hona chahiye ki main apni study , workout aur grooming ko time du aur sab sahi se chal sake please🙏🙏😩 make a video on this topic for me😭
