How about Inuyasha? It’s finally happening! But, they haven’t announced a date yet.
Guess if we're talking 4 Kids it be cool to get the complete Shaman King dub as it was pretty good even with the edits. We did get the first 10 episodes on dvd in the uk but nothing else.

I definitely want Discotek to release Kirby: Right Back at Ya on SD BD Blu-ray i'm in love with Kirby: Right Back at Ya I have been waiting for years for it to be released on home video, if theirs any 4Kids dubbed anime show that I would love to see be released on SD BD Blu-ray it's definitely Kirby: Right Back at Ya.

Great video, love the intro and I agree with you on the benefits of SD on BD; I always praise Discotek for putting out their releases that have a high episode count on Blu Rays.

I want to buy this in Japanese with english subtitles, in HD. Guess I'll wait. The 3rd season is my favorite (star trekking!)
I highly doubt it will be HD. I did a comparison and it's slightly more zoomed out than the English version but the resolution looks the same at 480p. You will get no compression artifacts and a better color separation at RGB instead of Y Pb Pr which are the only improvements but it won't help that the animation will still look like Microsoft paint with PS2 CGI in there. Yes, the image quality will be better but the real visuals will be very poor quality especially for 2003.

Recently Sonic x became my favorite sonic cartoon again I still respect sonic satam for what the writers did with the series though
It’s like you’ve said sure some of the humor may seem childish but it definitely has a certain charm to it
As a side note since fox caused the infamous edits that 4kids were accused of there is a reason why Disney bought fox
The one thing I remember from this show is a scene with knuckles. He just come out of no where and saves the day by beating up a monster, by using a KNIFE IN HIS HAND! As a kid this made him my instant favourite and I've been looking for clips of it for years.
I'm a pretty huge enjoyer of this show I rewatch some episodes often and I have literally no idea what you're talking about.
Maybe it's Knuckles using his shovel claws to attack a bad guy ? (Which I know for sure happens in episode 75, and at some point in season 1)
This channel is soooo underrated. Production value is insane.

Do the episodes have widescreen bars built in? Can I hook up a bluray player to a crt and watch the episodes without the bars on top and bottom for an amazing 4:3 presentation? If so, I will have to get this. If the bars are present, then this would release would mean nothing to me since I could watch on streaming.
Aficionados Chris I've got some exciting news about Sonic X. Discotek announced that they'll be releasing the Japanese version of Sonic X on Blu-ray April 25th this year.
I'm hoping in 2023 that some of my past anime series like Cardcaptors (Nelvan), Spider Riders, Ultimate Muscle and Yo Kai Watch will finally be released onto Blu-Ray just like Beyblade G Revolution and Sonic X.

I love the Sonic OVA, I have a copy on VHS, I used to own the DVD but have long since lost it. You can actually briefly see the tape on the shelf in the background.

Probably because it's an SD BD. Sonic X was made in 480p. The same resolution as DVDs

FirestoneX agreed fuck Rupert Murdoch he’s the reason why 4kids made these edits also I’m pretty sure they made these edits as retaliation against the fox broadcasting company although Alfred Kahn didn’t help matters either by saying kids can’t read but still this is why Disney bought your movie studio Rupert live with it
@@jamesborlan2850 I don't know about other shows but, Removal of Text for Sonic X was done by TMS International for every non-asian region. 4Kids edited on top of that version

Sonic X is absolutely over hated. When sonic X goes, it goes HARD.
I wanna see some complete Blu ray sets of classic Cartoon Network shows, such as Johnny Bravo, Dexter’s Laboratory, and Ed Edd and Eddy. I’d also like to see an region A complete series Blu-ray set of Regular Show with the movie.

Good defense on Sd blu rays although one problem about that is dnr or digital noise reduction but still
In this case, that would be "de-interlacing" not "noise reduction" since the source isn't "grainy". To my knowledge, there's none of that here. Nor am I aware of this being prevalent with these releases.

I want Sonic X JP Hi Spec version on blu ray. You know, the Hi Spec ones with Dolby Digital 5.1 from Volume 1-10 out of 13 total. I hope Discotek takes the Dolby Digital in Volume 1-10 into consideration. Or at the very least make the best representation of the best surround sound of the show out there, and who knows maybe they'll matrix the show with Qsound! That old 1990s Qsound is so good on Sonic CD US, you could mistake it for Pro Logic without the rear sound.
The only reason they didn't release the Japanese version in the US is because TMS won't give it to them

2. TMS can't even be bothered to upload more than like 5 Japanese episodes to their multiple TH-cam Chanels (American & Japanese)

I'm probably weird in saying this, but, I'd like to see Yin Yang Yo and Super Robot Monkey Team Hyper Force Go released on the SD on BD format
I would love to have Monkey Team on any disc format! Hell, I wish they'd revive it for Disney+ so they can resolve that cliffhanger.

In my opinion, wii is better than gamecube, that is the first releases because they could play gamecube games and wii games.
The Blu Ray looks cleaner with less compression artifacts but the actual animation looks like garbage.
The Amimation Problems Are Just in the show

I would agree, the dub of Sonic X is over hated. Honestly the dubs worst offender is the inferior (even annoying) soundtrack to the far superior original Japanese soundtrack. Otherwise the Dub and the Japanese version are both largely the same show. None of the edits or censorship 4Kids did are anything major, and is really your typical editing to confirm to the BS&P of the Fox Network. But the core of the show is still very much intact, and for the most part is a very faithful adaption of the Japanese version. I still maintain that Sonic X, a long with Shaman King, are the best dubs 4Kids ever did. Which brings me to your question.
I would love to see Shaman King get an SD on BD release. Shaman King is long over due a complete home video release. Which is a shame considering the dub is actually really good.
Most fans hate 4kids because of what Al Kahn and the other upper suits in charge said about kids and reading.
