Hell yeah 😁, the last time we won 3 in a row was 15 years ago, the last time we won 4 in a row was 1951, this bok generation is already up there with the best. 4 wins in a row against NZ added to 2 world cups and a lions series makes them contenders for the GOAT of bok teams.

Kids of today don't know the agony of supporting the Boks through some of the bad, tough eras.
Long may this last.... and with the quality of depth coming through I can't see us dropping out of the top 3 of the rankings anytime soon.
If NZ, IRE and FRA (and ENG?) stay as good as they are, and all dueling for the #1 spot, the global game will be better for it.

The Boks did the same against England in the last world cub...when the Boks were 8 points down with about 10 minutes to go...and they made a plan to force a scrum & then a penalty on their 25m, kick onto the opposition 15m, win the line out and then get that try with the forwards! They then forced another scrum penalty and Pollard performed, as usual, and kicked that important penalty!! This is what the Boks do and make a plan...and then just do it!! 🏉🤜

    For All Blacks supporters:
In regards to Bongi’s try controversy, if you rewatch it in slow motion you will see although the ball was dislodged from him - the ball doesn't actually go forward - there is still enough downward force to deem it a try - was he in full control? No - but in theory it's no different than a player juggling a ball before regathering and scoring. Something we have seen time and time again. With that being said, fair enough, the ball was dialoged from him by an All Black hand but the ball never goes forward. And lastly there isn't enough separation - he still has enough control and downward pressure.
According to Rule 11.5B, the ball is not considered "knocked-on," and play continues if a player rips or knocks the ball from an opponent, causing the ball to go forward from the opponent's hand or arm.
Ball is always in contact with the forearm and also does not go forward. By the time it's grounded it's firmly in contact.
It was a perfect try. Lost backwards and recovered. Perfect try. Makes up for the try that wasnt awarded to us at Mountsmart last year.
    1. The Boks should have been awarded a penalty try.
    2. Your flyhalf kicked the ball after the time had expired.
    3. Your captain broke Kolisi’s cheekbone with a high tackle.
    4. Sacha’s kick was disallowed using the same rule that allowed MacKenzie’s kick.
So, claiming that the All Blacks were robbed is unreasonable. Even if that try had been disallowed, we would have still won the match. There were unfair calls for both teams.
It also took 9 infringements before you got a team warning, we got a yellow card for our first infringement, so let's not talk about the ref.
If we’re saying Bongi’s try shouldn’t have counted, then we should also say the All Blacks’ first try shouldn’t have counted because there was an obstruction during their lineout driving maul. There were two All Blacks players ahead of the ball in the maul, which I believe was incorrect when they came down. It's a technical infringement, but still an infringement-it's offside. A referee and TMO pair who were having a better day would have gone back and checked that. Plus, Damian’s conversion should not have stood since it was taken after the shot clock.
31-27. Take away Bongi's unconverted try because the shot clock was at 0, and take away Damian's conversion because that was after the shot clock and was allowed...It comes to SA 26 - NZ 25. South Africa win by 1 point.
According to World Rugby Law 11.1(b), a knock-on occurs when a player loses possession of the ball and it goes forward. However, if the ball is dislodged but does not travel forward and the player maintains downward pressure, it is not necessarily a knock-on. Law 12.1(a) allows a player to legally score a try if they have possession of the ball, and if it’s judged that they had enough control and the ball did not go forward, the try stands. The crucial factor is whether the ball moved forward, not whether the player had to regather it.

@@TG_20014 As far as I’m concerned, too many decisions and calls by referee were wrong. Even our first AB try never should have been given.

NZ kicked on the backfoot ball and then the other kicks were to long at altitude, it was ill disciplined which is what cost them the game.... They were lucky not to have 2 more players carded for infringement in the red zone. Whenever Ardie is not making more than 2m a run you know the AB are beatable.. I watch the GAME again. I understand now what the Boks refer to as slow poisons. At 54min of the GAME, you could see the affect of the forwards on ABs. The GAME started to turned slowly. ABs had no answer for the Boks. Everyone is refer to the peak movement which was the last 65min of the GAME.

What about the tackle on Siya Kolisi? Sam Cane had a full-on head clash with him when he tackled him, which caused the possibly fractured cheek bone, and Same Cane didn't even receive a yellow card.

What you guys ignore is that the ball was knock out of Bongi's arm but went forward from the All-Black's hand. That brought advantage into play. Bongi then applied pressure on the ball and therefore a try

I know most are saying that bongies try was not.
However, too me. Bongies finger tips always stayed on the ball.
Maby Tmo saw this too. If anything Abs were very lucky on many obvious calls like when the all black player was visually seen standing on the line when touching the ball. And others. 😊

Great show, everyone! What are your thoughts on Libbok getting a chance in the upcoming test? Let's not forget his impressive performance against the All Blacks at Twickenham. I suggest having either Pollard or Sasha at fullback for goal-kicking duties. Additionally, I believe Roos should be included on the flank.

    Buuuuuuut, we botched 3:
    Jesse's forward pass;
    KLA not picking up in their 22;
    Fassi not passing inside.
Opportunistic, but KLA nearly caught one from the kick-off. Could have been 4 x 7 on another day.
I think the ABs played well. I think we didn't execute clinically, which is positive

Gents with respect , it should not be difficult for the Springboks to stay humble because they are not lightyears ahead of the rest . .. in fact luck ( some will call it grace) played a part in many many of their last games against the top 3 AB, Irish, France has been very very close .. granted as Gary Player said the more I practise ( prepare ) the luckier I get ....Brilliant show gents , thanks Scotty for your insight 👍

The Jeff Wilson, program, took out a chart, with all the rules, to show us, that the bongi try, was not a try. Only problem is, according to the rules, it was a try. There was no sepperation, between the forearm and wrist, there was downward pressure pressure, and the ball, never went forward. Enough said. There was a clear dislodging, between, the guys infront, of cody Taylor's try. So, if you take, those to scores, out of the game, the boks still wins. Enough said

I completely agree that the Bongi try was never a try, you could so clearly see it on his face no celebration.
However, am I the only one who noticed that the TV director seemed more interested in showing the crowd than focusing on the game and replays? It felt like there were several missed replay opportunities and decisions that should have been reviewed more carefully.

Bongi try does not bother me, Boks were under advantage and even if the try was not allowed they would have gone corner again and maul should have scored and may even have caused ABs a yellow card in the process. So the ABs should be careful what they wish for.

The Bongi try occurred under advantage... Also, it was not a simple "knock on" as claimed as law 11B has interpretation and if Jordie knocked the ball out, Bongi could have recorded and score as he did...
Do you believe Bongi knocked it on or was it dislodged by Jordie...
The ABs are crying over spilt milk and the karma pendulum has swung after decades where they got away with dubious tactics and biased refs...
The Boks can get significantly better... Can the ABs really improve?
