He guides them through the whole world like a father would do to his children. He encourages and gives them advices on speach and behavior from the start so they are prepared in the best way they can without pressuring them. And he is not even obligated to do so. Like, big hit could have hired someone to do that..., he feels the need and the responsibility as the leader to do that. Even off the stage and outside of their practicerooms they work hard.
