This game needs more attention. Alot more attention... and this area has always been my favorite in the game mainly because of the music... and its a beach :)
You should be fine, as long as you're not using licensed songs. I only have a few copyright claims on my LBP vids and haven't got into any trouble (yet).
The last one is from the story mode, I think that It can be heared from one of the minigames from Spooky Mansion. But I don't know in which level you get It.
