Don't we need to do surface finishing because it looks rough. Surface treatment like electropolishing.

Correct, depending on the device an electropolishing process could be required. But the cleaning process after laser cutting with a femtosecond laser is reduced to a minimum compared to a fiber laser process, what would require in this case a manual deburring process.

what program did you use to create a 3d file compatible with the tube cutter?

We are using Cagila from @camservice
The base to create the file was a flat sheet projection from a 2D CAD program.
