@@evoxjordan6330 Hey man. I removed the cats from the stock header and put a m4 gp19 slip on on it. Deleted 02 sensor but I left it in and just cut the wires so there wouldn't be a hole in the exhaust and removed the servo. That's it and she sounds like a beast and runs perfect. My rev limiter is now set to 15800rpm. I've had her to 158 and still had room to go so that's plenty for me bc I don't ride track.
So I have a 2022 zx6r and I want an m4 with an ecu flash. However I am worried about low end power loss? Did you notice any loss in low end power and if so did you get any back with the ecu flash

I'm hoping for it to be in your shop when you open tomorrow. I'm really looking forward to the changes it makes along with all my other mods. As far as I'm concerned, sending it to Moore Mafia is the only choice. Chris might be all the way across the country from me but for this bike, there is no in between, nothing but the best!
I had several companies recommended to me for a flash on my 2012 zx6r. This shop was one of them. I did end up going with xplane r1 custom tuning just because it was more recommended. But id absolutely try moore next time around. Looks like both these companies are very similar how they flash. Someone like schnitz charges a good bit more for a fuel map based on mods where its included in the other guys price. But I gutted my cat, m4 gp19 slipon no baffle with prechamber delete, sprint air filter and smog block off plates so I definitely needed a flash. I had bought a pcv but was mislead about what it could do so I decided against using it and going with the flash. Should have it back by saturday im excited to feel the changes. This is a good video to explain in depth how the flash works. Remove restrictions and a map for mods is very important.
I know this is an old video but i hope i get a response, i live in south America and received a Z650 2017 a few weeks ago that came from Pennsylvania (almost a new bike with 2300 miles on it), when i was doing a complete maintenance i noted the ECU had a "Moore Mafia" sticker on it and thanks to that i could find you guys but now im wondering if there is a way to know what kind of modifications you did to the ECU of this bike?, you got any registration or something of every ECU you worked?

I have a question about how does the clutch switch affect engine operation on a gen2 busa, 08 suzuki b king, gsx1300 to be exact, and how necessary is this for the engine management system and can that be changed in an engine flash? My fi light comes on sometimes when I let the clutch out and decelerating, and I've heard of some guys bypassing the swith somehow, but I don't know much about what they're doing yet.

Yes we do eliminate the servo and lower the fan temps. The biggest gain on the 109 is correcting the fueling issues and removing the top end restrictions.
My Gsx-S1000 is already flashed by someone else but isn't very smooth at lower rpm. Full exhaust. Still too lean I bet. I think I'll send mine in before spring.

Here's a question for you, do you have any experience with None US spec ECU's? I know there are huge differences in litre bikes as we see MUCH higher dyno readings on stock bikes because of your emissions regs especially the older 'california model' bikes. Iv seen a US ecu bought cheap drop 20% power on a UK spec bike. Do you have any manufacturers you CANNOT do? I know KTM and Triumph cables are ludicrously expensive. Thanks Chris.

@@TeamMooreMafia Thanks for the reply Chris, I have done all the mods people do the full exhaust and filter removed all the emissions junk and actually pulled the secondary throttle blades myself. I added a fuel controller and bike runs great but I need every hp I can get out of it. Not sure the a/f I put new plugs and fresh oil in also. It's a 2007 bandit 1250. Don't think there are any other restrictions may could adjust the timing some but that would have to be done on dyno I believe. If you were closer I would have been there to see you already I'm in Louisiana.
What if i wanna run both fuels can u set a hayabusa up to where I can go into A mode and have a mr12 map And if I just crank the bike it will have the pump gas map Is that possible???
Depends on the bike tbh, there are a few bikes where any changes to the ecu are recorded. I know Harley ECU's do that. One thing a flash will do usually is kill the deadspot in the midrange thats there for emissions and noise testing in the US and with throttle by wire thermite on 1st and 2nd throttle body opening vs what your throttle hand has inputted and on most bikes thats fairly obvious when its been done. Some bikes a revert to stock is just a pattern of turn on off on off and holding a few buttons on the controls to restore/reset back to factory, some bikes it requires a whole new ecu as the flash is permanent and you have wiped the OEM settings and overridden them. What bike model with the specific data from the vin do you have?

USPS is backed up and is the worse in Philly. Took me 5-6 months to get other packages ordered in November/December

Might be technologically challenged but not seeing the list of programs/bikes mentioned in the early part of this vid.
If you go to his website and click on your brand it’ll list every bike for that brand that they can do.

Warranty is gone the moment you unplug your ecu.
We can flash it back to stock if you have a problem and it can not be detected. If you take it in while it is Flash it can be detected.

We send a lot of them to Canada. As long as customs doesn't hold it up, shipping isn't to bad.
I’ve had parts for my bike shipped international I live in Florida and it wasn’t that bad at all I’ll vouch for Chris because he had the resources and he definitely knows his stuff u will not be disappointed . I just installed a brocks penta on my busa u can check it out on my ig # thegrapebusa
Here's a question for you, do you have any experience with None US spec ECU's? I know there are huge differences in litre bikes as we see MUCH higher dyno readings on stock bikes because of your emissions regs especially the older 'california model' bikes. Iv seen a US ecu bought cheap drop 20% power on a UK spec bike.
Do you have any manufacturers you CANNOT do? I know KTM and Triumph cables are ludicrously expensive.

If I could id love to just hang out, sweep the shop and learn. Iv not raced in years because of ending up in a wheelchair and I have this mad idea for a Drag spec triumph rocket 3 trike. I know there's an EASY 200hp setup just with pipes an airbox and throwing a supercharger on is a boom easy 450hp.

@@TeamMooreMafia Thanks for the reply Chris, I have done all the mods people do the full exhaust and filter removed all the emissions junk and actually pulled the secondary throttle blades myself. I added a fuel controller and bike runs great but I need every hp I can get out of it. Not sure the a/f I put new plugs and fresh oil in also. It's a 2007 bandit 1250. Don't think there are any other restrictions may could adjust the timing some but that would have to be done on dyno I believe. If you were closer I would have been there to see you already I'm in Louisiana.

We clear out common CEL codes. The CEL will still work if you have another issue accur.

Can you all unflash my ecu so I don't void my warranty? In the event I need warranty work done?
Depends on the bike tbh, there are a few bikes where any changes to the ecu are recorded. I know Harley ECU's do that.
One thing a flash will do usually is kill the deadspot in the midrange thats there for emissions and noise testing in the US and with throttle by wire thermite on 1st and 2nd throttle body opening vs what your throttle hand has inputted and on most bikes thats fairly obvious when its been done. Some bikes a revert to stock is just a pattern of turn on off on off and holding a few buttons on the controls to restore/reset back to factory, some bikes it requires a whole new ecu as the flash is permanent and you have wiped the OEM settings and overridden them.
