Amazing that they would ruin such a great design with a cassette toilet. Deal breaker. So disappointing.
I think the next stop for Ekko is have a model that ditches the propane and just have induction stove. Doesn't make sense to have Volta power system to power everything and then still carry propane.
Great design, but one of the lowest quality Winnebagos in recent memory. They charge top dollar but deliver an inferior product? Don't buy this model for a couple of years. Winnebago: Please fix your quality!!
Saw my first one two weeks ago in Jasper NP in Canada - attracted lots of attention. One week later we were back home in Glacier NP in Montana and same thing. People just look at it and like it immediately. Also, saw one towing a Jeep Renegade with no problems so good engine. If you buy a Winnebago View or Navion you only get a 188 HP engine and rear wheel drive vs over 310HP and all wheel drive with EKKO.
Love the design but i would like to see a rear lounge that converts to beds so it can be used as a sitting area.

Randomly searched ekko and seen a review as top result so figured worth watching. Never expected it to be the one we just purchased!
How much did it go for? I love the footprint, just wish the pop top was climate controlled for the kids.
My god. U.S. dollars have no purchasing power anymore more. The cost of everything is insane.
You don't pay full price for RVs. If dealers won't deal now, just wait until the end of the year.

There's no justification for a 224,000 price tag. Paying for the Winnebago name is Awfully expensive.
AGREED! For that price I can get a luxury rv, this model is awkward, small, and worth MAYBE $6,000. Maybe.
He's a dealer. They rip off people that aren't familiar with the market. You can get these from 120 to 160k used to new

I really love this RV. It would be perfect for my daughter and her two boys for all their sports activities out of town. Now the black tank would be a problem.
U will love it, so much easier to deal with.
The cassette toilet is easy and simple to empty and you don’t need an RV dump station, just a toilet or any other sewer drain.
Love it! These are well designed and a practical solution for an active four season camper. Indoor bike storage etc., had not seen with the pop-up before. Not sure if it would be used enough to justify the lack of ceiling vent and fan/skylight but I like it. I’m hoping all “wet baths” will convert to this design once the patents have expired. Nice coach

$ 219,000??? Probably $ 100,000 overpriced. For that kind of money, you can buy a Newmar Class A, full size RV with twice the room in it.
I have never seen a new Newmar in the $200k range. But maybe I just haven’t been around long enough.

yeah...curious decision the 5 gal cassette toilet being the only option. this means for serious use emptying it every day or every other day. that means walking to a public toilet to empty it or finding a septic drain (outside in public). it already has a 50 gal fresh and 51 gal gray...wonder why they didnt make those a bit smaller and squeeze in a 30 gal black.
i read on blogs that a lot of Ekko owners just use the toilet for #1. they do #2 outside or in public restrooms. so maybe Winnebago figures this segment most often has access to public toilets for #2 (or cat holes outside).
Now that IM used to it, I like the cassette,. I have had an ekko for a year now.. it was a change for me but after a bit, its part of your routine.. every 1 to 3 days when on the road, you can dump it anywhere like a toilet, or with a little attachment it can be dumped at an RV dumping site drain.. I have the regular top one, with the outdoor kitchen and bat wing.. Really enjoying it.. has great power, tows nicely, rides nice.. Lots of cool modifications from the owners groups.. I installed high speed internet, as well, so we watch movies on the road at night too.. enjoy..
You can buy multiple cassettes and store them in the back. Then you can empty all of them at the same time when you get home or something.

This is the first RV that actually fits my needs. I am an avid cyclist and the garage in back should hold my two bikes. It is also small which is what I want. The other "luxury" items don't mean anything to me. Well, I do need a shower and bathroom of course. But at $215,000 is just insane. I just cannot comprehend it.
