JJ Watt killed 6-8 avocados, 8-12 chicken breasts a day. He doesn’t particularly like avocados or love chicken. Sleep, JJ slept 9-11 hours per day (7:30pm turn in) plus naps. Sleep is muuuch better than naps, but naps better than nothing else. His trainer could tell you how many hours he slept by how long it takes him to fully warm up. Sleep and food are hugely important to athletic success. Commitment matters. #HOF
I was closer than I knew when Henry was drafted and I said I'd call him Toto. People got upset because it was 'disrespectful' when I only intended it to be a nickname, since I knew we wouldn't be pronouncing his name correctly. So screw you folks who have disrespectfully mispronounced his name for over a year. At least I respected that I didn't know the proper way to say it because he hadn't told us. I'm surprised at Vandy though. He's usually excellent at getting a player's name right. I suppose Henry will just have to live with the American (Texan) accent.
