Loved the guide! Any tips on how to get new animals? I keep wanting for example buffalos that are right next to my market but the hunters will just not take them as new animals so I can´t tame them to gather resourses.
I'm glad you liked it! The only way to get new critters is by chance. You can up your chances of getting new critters if you have the ability to use traps. Unfortunately, even thought the buffalo are walking right by the market you can't grab one and tame it.

Oh that's because you have to learn it in the technology tree! If you hit T and go to construction you should see it there. If you need more tech points, Schools and Research Institutes are the way to do it! I hope you enjoy the game and thank you for checking out my video!
When i started, there were literally 0 animals on the map. It was a real struggle before i discovered flax and made a weaving workshop. Still would love to know how to get animals if there arent any.
That's very surprising to me that you have no animals on the map, I have never seen that before. What you could do is trade for the animals that you would like to have with the ferry. Place an order and they will be delivered shortly after that!
I dont know if its seed related but if it is i can paste it. Its a lot of mountain range and lots of snowstorms. Took me about 24 in game years to be stable in resources.

have you ever had any population problems? like births or immigrant issues? ive been reading reviews on steam and people have been complaining about the late game.
Hi! I have not had any issues like that no. In the late game you get a greater amount of immigrants, but be careful because they can carry disease which you can counteract with Hospitals and pharmacy. Births are dependent on how much open housing you have. For example, Person 1 and person 2 have a child, person 3 and some times another child (Regular houses house 4 people). Person 3 and 4 cannot move out if there is no place for them to go, and since the house is full the birthrate will be lower. Alternatively, you can build nursing homes that remove the older folks from the houses so that the younger generation can continue to grow the population! I can't think of any bugs or other weirdness off the top of my head for Settlement Survival and overall I think it's a great game and if you like city builders, well worth your time! If you get it and get stuck, let me know and i'll help out! Thanks for watching!

What button do i click to place houses and biuldings
If you already have them placed, hold left shift and then left click on a building and that allows you to make an additional one
