      Sure thing!
So we start off with the circumference of the earth in km around the poles and divide that by 360° which gives us the distance in km for 1° of change in latitude. We then divide that result again by 60 to get the kilometers per minute of arc, which gives you the result of 1,852. And since 1 minute is 1 Nautical Mile, we now know that 1 NM = 1,852 km 😉

      1 degree = 60 minutes of arc
      & 1 degree has y km
      So
y km /60 min of arc = km for one minute of arc

Hi, getting into aviation can be hard, but perseverance pays off! Just don't give up and keep following your dream - and work hard to achieve it! It is tough in the industry right now, but it'll get better again too, I'm sure of that
