    At age 60 what I have learnt is that when a pharmaceutical company says rare it actually means extremely common . It’s so easy to fudge the stats, just like when they flip absolute risk and relative risks to suit their needs for approval. The truth is most people live to eat, rather than eat to live. Too much nutrient deficient foods, too often. The same people that regulate the highly processed non healthy foods are the same ones who regulate the drugs need to treat the offsets from unhealthy diet .it’s a win win for them

    i was told to take this ozempic for my "pre diabetes" .my bmi was 30 and my glucose was 224 .5 8 and 208 lbs. the bmi said i was obese ? i had every side effect including @ the 8th week. A trip to urgent care with a left flank stabbing pain i never felt in my life. these pains started after i ate some pizza one afternoon. that night i was in severe pain. i ate a bland diet for 4 days . all pain gone away. i then ate some hot sausage and pizza. that pain came roaring back that night. The urgent care said it was "probably kidney stones after urine and blood tests. gave me flomax .i told them i was on Ozempic and i thought it was pancreatitis. i might as well have talking to a wall. i told my PCP he said stop taking the Ozempic. i had already made that decision myself. My friend lives with pancreatitis for decades. she said that pain was prob a flare up. 3 months off toxic Ozempic and i feel almost back to normal. i did lose 12 lbs in 8 weeks. blood and urine tests are back to pre ozempic levels .

    Something NOT mentioned in this presentation was that studies have found that many losing significant weight lose approximately 50% fat and 50% muscle mass! This is a danger to most people and especially older people who have great difficulty replacing muscle mass. An important factor to be known in addition to everything else in your GREAT presentation.     I take 2 x 600 mg of berberine 3 times daily. I purchase VEGAN LABS brand-name which is MUCH cheaper than the brand name you suggest, includes 200 mg of Ceylon cinnamon per dosage, and comes in a plain, vegan capsule with nothing else.
    I also take 2000 mg of Ceylon cinnamon when I take the berberine. My previous diabetes numbers were 270-320 every day for five years until I was put on Ozempic and a few other meds.
    I changed my dietary ways completely and never use any form of sugar or artificial sweetener. I use natural Stevia powder from CCnature which Makes the Stevia from the leaves.
    My weight in January 2020 was 240… less than two years later, it was down to 195 and now I have it down to 185 and I am nearly 6‘3“. Walk 20-30 minutes every day, ride bike and/or swim and you will see amazing improvement in your health.
    Be sure to never drink fruit juices, since they are all basically colored sugar water that may be slightly fortified with vitamins. Eat fruit in its natural form, and only have small servings… In the original form, you will be eating fiber with it, and you will not spike your sugar. Only small servings of fruit if any each day.
